Do you ship to international destination?
Yes we do. In fact, 90% of our customers are from International countries. We are an Export Driven company that are expanding its network of customers worldwide.
We can ship to anywhere in the world as long as the delivery address is not a P.O. Box.

You can order printer parts by browsing through our catalog, email, fax, or call us what you want to order.
What are your terms and method of payment?
Currently, our sales terms is prepayment in advance for all purchases prior to your order being process. Our method of payment is by Wire Transfer or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T).
We can also accept credit card payments through PayPal.com as long as you are from PayPal's approved International countries. Please visit PayPal.com for more details.
What products do you offer and do you have copier parts?
Visit our Product menu for a list of products and services we offer. Although we do not list copier parts and supplies, we can supply you with some compatible copier parts and supplies. Please email us with your specific requirements and we'll quote you accordingly.
What is your return, exchange, and warranty policies?
All Sales Are Final. We do not accept any returns for good, working, unused products. You are responsible to purchase the correct parts or products. We will only accept returns or exchange for defective or D.O.A. products under warranty.

There are no warranty and return accepted for fuser film sleeves.
What are the shipping options, cost, and delivery time?
We normally use either DHL, FedEx or EMS Post courier to ship orders. However, we can also use Air Freight to ship larger order.
Cost for shipping will only be known after we packed your order. Most international shipment is based on the DIM weight v.s. the actual weight, whichever is more. The cost is also determine based on the destination and number of packages total.
Order processing time includes bank payment transit time and the time to prepare, consolidate and pack your order. If the merchandise is in stock, your order normally leave our warehouse within 7-12 days after all payment is cleared. If the merchandise is on backorder it may take additional time.

How do I know you will ship the order after we pay?
We understand your concern about doing business over the internet with a company thousands of miles a way in another country. We assure you that we are a registered legal coporation incorporated under the Laws of Indonesia.
Do you have a distributor in my country?
We have customers in Singapore, Netherlands, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Malaysia, India, Israel, Iran, Mauritius, Turkey, Hong Kong, Croatia, Maldives, Austria, Switzerland, Latvia, Lebanon, USA, Sri Lanka, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Belize, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Chile, Bolivia, and Romania. The list is still growing!
However, these customers are not distributors of our products. We do not have a distributor system set up with ANY of our customers. You can purchase parts and supplies from us directly as we cater to everyone's needs.
Can we get discount with our order?
We try to provide the lowest prices on our products. We do not just provide discount to everyone. Discount will be determine on a case per case basis. |
